It’s crazy I know, but it’s not just tomato soup, it’s anything I eat. Lately, for about the past two weeks every time I eat anything I get really sleepy afterwards. I don’t mean just tired, I mean I need to really force myself to stay awake. It’s really weird. I’m no young’un and I’ve never had anything like this happen before. I’m not old either so I don’t think age has a lot to do with it. I’m not heavy, I am very thin. It’s really creeping me out.
I know there’s tryptophan in turkey and that’s a soporific, so I understand why that makes everyone tired, but this is just really everything. It’s getting so bad I don’t want to eat anymore, and since I only weigh 85 pounds that’s not a good thing. And no I’m not an anorexic, I’m missing some enzyme or some such thing in my stomach that breaks down the fat in food.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so do you have any answers? It’s really making me crazy, well crazier anyway.
